I haven't been active on here uploading my music regularly, frankly I found myself stuck for many months not feeling great. So to anyone looking for new content, I made it my mission to finish a track I started long ago called (Docking with Spaceport Nova)... and after some great advice from a friend, ''Making a promise with yourself not to allow 0% each day of whatever task/goal it is you want to achieve, is more attainable that striving for 100% each day''.

This reminds me to be patient with myself while also having a healthy dose of discipline in there too, and believe me when I say... If I can do it, so can you!

So here's to life lessons and remembering each day is a new day to live & learn.
